Rising from the ashes of Oz Music Scene comes Sounds of Oz, a blog which celebrates Australian music in all its forms and glory. Sounds of Oz is a blog which refuses to discriminate on the basis of genre or mainstream success. I love music, and I’m just as thrilled to see our pop artists making inroads overseas as to discover a new independent singer-songwriter.

Here you can look forward to reading reviews of the concerts I have seen and the albums which have taken up residence in my stereo. You’ll also find interviews with musicians visiting our shores and those who proudly call Australia home, both big name acts and up-and-coming talents.
